Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Product Manager to our growing business.
The person we are looking for must have a strong background within the audio market, loudspeakers or acoustics and a passion for servicing customers. Our new colleague will be a significant member of a successful, entrepreneur-oriented business with great potential. The position is based at our headquarter in Skanderborg.

As our new Product Manager, you will take charge in developing and maintaining the strategy for the PRO segment including monitor speakers custom install.
Product Management is part of our commercial organisation, and working closely together with R&D, Marketing and our sales offices. You will be reporting to the head of our commercial department.

Our team manages the product portfolio across the key segments of HI-FI, PRO, Personal Audio and Mobile (car after market).
We have a global reach, and we ensure our partners are well equipped to sell our products via the channels we typically use: Independent audio distributors as well as our own sales organizations worldwide.
About you
You probably hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a commercial area, and you have minimum 5 years working experience as product manager in PRO and/or Custom Install product segment. You have 3 years’ management experience at least and a proven track record of success in a product management role. You are a confident, driven and dynamic leader, with an entrepreneurial mindset, and you have the ability to spot original business opportunities.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

About the job
As our new Product Manager, you will take charge in developing and maintaining the strategy for the PRO segment including monitor speakers custom install.
Product Management is part of our commercial organisation, and working closely together with R&D, Marketing and our sales offices. You will be reporting to the head of our commercial department.
Furthermore, you are
- Responsible for strategy plan and business plan for the product segment, including budget of the product segment
- Responsible for the KPI achievement and routine management of the product segment
- Responsible for the product roadmap and supporting the technical roadmap
- Responsible for managing product life cycle including product launch, EOL and the revenue achievement and inventory status
- Responsible for product price management
- Customer demands collection and analysis.
- Responsible for the Gate 1 to Gate 3 in our product development model and support for Gate 4 - Gate 7, and mass production as customers to help and support the issues
- Responsible for designing the advantage of the products and train our partners and regions.
- Responsible for competitor analysis and updates and make our competition plan
- Participating in the marketing plan and contents review
- Responsible for product and price related ERP settings and updates
