To support the continued growth, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about working with search and recruitment.

With direct reference to our Head of HR & Recruitment, you will become a part of our HR team consisting of 8 dedicated colleagues, who are eager to create value for the organization. Together we handle a broad area of responsibilities as we strive to attract and retain the best talents. Overall, the team is responsible for developing, implementing and driving results that brings more value to the business. Furthermore, we assist our business heads and other stakeholders in recruitments across our business units.

Ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist with focus on attracting and recruiting world class talent

In the newly established position as Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in attracting and recruiting the best talents as we continue to grow our business. You will work closely with the hiring managers across the entire organization to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

• Preparing job profiles and job postings

• Searching in relevant databases to attract candidates

• Coordinating, driving, and executing recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing, interview and contracting

• Conducting interviews including test interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers

Personality matters
You have a Master’s degree in e.g. Business Administration, HR, Strategy and Management, Psychology or similar and minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position in an international organization.

In addition it is a requirement that you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the entire recruitment process from a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation

• A strong insight into assessment and are certified in several test packages

To succeed in this role, you are an accomplished recruitment expert with a passion for identifying, engaging and attracting world class talents. You have a proactive and systematic approach for driving the recruitment processes and projects related to this area. You also describe yourself as a team player who excels in creating relationships across the organization.

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
