Become part of the Product Management team in the Water Division

We experience significant demand for our products, solutions, and services, where we have a strong focus on developing the most innovative and value-adding intelligent metering solutions and services for energy- and water consumption. Our ambition is to transform meter data into insights that will help utilities optimize the production and distribution of clean water and energy.
With direct reference to our Head of Solution & Application Management, you will become part of our global Product Management team in our water division consisting of 30 engaged and ambitious colleagues. You will become part of our Solution and Application Management team, which is focus on providing sales support and gathering market insights in various regions. At a daily basis you will also work close together with our Country Manager for DACH and our local sales and support team located in Mannheim.
Product & Service portfolio responsibility for the DACH region
As Market Product Manager, you will be collaborating closely internally with our sales and development organization and externally with customers and industry experts. You will therefore have a central position in gathering markets information, product requirements and provide business case inputs about the DACH region.
In addition, your primary responsibilities will be to:
You can expect around 30-40 travel days per year, manly in DACH region and to our headquarter in Denmark.
Personality matters
You have a relevant educational background at minimum Bachelor level e.g. within of Science, Engineering or Business. In addition, you have experience with product management and it will be a plus if you have experience form the smart metering industry. You manage to balance commercial and technical aspects very well and you are motivated by being in close contact with customers where you listen and act as a trusted advisor.
As a person you are a self-starter with high motivation to achieve goals. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand basic technical issues and the impact on projects, and effectively communicate these issues and impact to direct reports as well as other project stakeholders. You are structured and have a strong proficiency in securing focus on relevant market and market segment drivers and indicators.
You are fluent in German and English both written and oral.

As Market Product Manager, you will be collaborating closely internally with our sales and development organization and externally with customers and industry experts. You will therefore have a central position in gathering markets information, product requirements and provide business case inputs about the DACH region.
In addition, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the execution of full solution roadmap for our offering to the water utility industry including; water metrology product line, AMI infrastructure and supportive software
- Develop launch plans and facilitate launch activities locally in coordination with the sales and marketing team
- Provide training that will empower sales to have success with new products and services
- Ensure deep understanding of regional market requirements and trends for existing and new product development
- Representing the voice of the customer by close engagement with customers and supportive organizations locally
- Frame offering that are most attractive to the market locally by bundling existing products and services into an attractive value proposition
- Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and maintain competitive mapping
- Monitor commercial performance for regional product portfolio, close collaboration with sales and commercial product management to analyze margins, win/loss rationale for improving the commercial performance
