Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for you - our new Customer Quality Engineers. Your workstation will be in Skanderborg but on occasions you’ll also be able to work from home.

That’s true high-end for 3 core segments: Home, Pro and Automotive.
Your mission
As our new Customer Quality Engineers your mission is to own all Customer related Quality activities end-to-end and securing the learning loop. This means you’re part of the quality journey from the get-go in the R&D phase.
Depending on interests, experience and qualifications you’ll either work with our Automotive segment or our Hi-Fi. Either way, your primary tasks include:
You - the right candidate
‘Don’t compromise on quality’ is your professional mantra and you enjoy learning and documenting your findings in order to strengthen our Quality Assurance. You don’t have to be annoyingly quality-conscious but we expect you to be/become a standard bearer who can lead by example and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
You hold a relevant degree on bachelor’s level (as a minimum), which you combine with the ability to think analytically and formulate ideas understandably for all levels. Further, you’re well versed in planning and driving projects within budgets and timeframes.
IT is second nature to you and you have a deep general system understanding.
You don’t have to be a skilled Danish speaker, but we expect you to have professional English proficiency.
Experience with FMEA and APQP are big plusses!

Your mission
As our new Customer Quality Engineers your mission is to own all Customer related Quality activities end-to-end and securing the learning loop. This means you’re part of the quality journey from the get-go in the R&D phase.

- being the contact point to our internal Customer support function.
- handling all Customer claims backwards in the organization, involving the PQE and SQE teams if needed.
- securing feedback to the Customer or Customer care.
- securing right timely information to our internal Customer support on progress in Quality problems/claims.
- measuring and monitoring Customer Quality (Voice of the Customer)
- securing a smooth handover at SOP.
- reviewing Customer demands and specifications, giving input backwards.
- securing the change management process is carried out according to Customer demands
- securing that we always are working according to the latest Customer demands (product as well as generic)
