Therefore, we are looking for a Quality Specialist who can drive and support the organization in taking quality performance to the next level – with a key focus on non-conformance management and continuous improvement.
With direct reference to our Vice President Quality & Sustainability, you will be part of a small team of 10 specialists who all have a cross functional role. The overall objective of the team is to define and drive the implementation of Kamstrup’s Quality & Sustainability strategy and the related initiatives including maintaining our global company certifications. The team is growing and characterized by a positive and informal tone as sparring is a natural of our everyday work.
A job with focus on quality management and non-conformance process improvement
In the position you will be responsible for aligning Kamstrup’s overall business process landscape, including roles and responsibilities in close collaboration with the rest of the team. Furthermore, you will be working towards ensuring efficient and scalable non-conformance processes from customer claims to internal non-conformances as well as supplier/component related claims. Therefore, you will be a key player in taking our integrated management system and quality performance to the next level as you will become our global process owner for non-conformance management and continuous improvement.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
You have a relevant bachelor’s degree within Engineering or equivalent. In addition, you have a high level of business understanding combined with solid functional skills from a previous Quality or Process Specialist or Managerial position. It is a requirement that you have minimum 3-5 years of experience within Quality Management, preferably at a strategic level where you have worked with non- conformance and customer claims.
Furthermore, it will be an asset if you have experience with one or more of the following areas:

- Review, align and improve existing non-conformance processes and systems together with the business
- Review and improve data quality and reporting structures with the purpose of defining related KPI’s
- Ensure global non-conformance and customer claim process implementation incl. training and follow up
- Take a leading role in structuring critical customer claim handling together with key business stakeholders in order to improve customer experience and quality performance
- Take a lead auditor role as part of our global audit team

- Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply statistics to problem solving
- Audit experience as lead auditor within ISO 9001 or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
