Become a part of our Product Portfolio Management team in the Heat/Cooling Division

With direct reference to our Head of Product Portfolio Management, you will become part of a team consisting of 7 engaged, ambitious and great colleagues who always strive to bring the best out in each other. Together the team is responsible for the commercialization of the Kamstrup portfolio within intelligent Heat/Cooling solutions. In addition, the team is in charge of executing our product roadmaps as well as assisting with business development worldwide.

An exciting job with focus on developing our communication and infrastructure portfolio
As our new Commercial Product Manager, you will own the global business strategy behind our communication and infrastructure portfolio, which includes the full accountability for the profitability of the offerings. You will be responsible for specifying the customer’s needs, functional requirements and managing the market launch. You will therefore work closely with cross-functional teams both internally in Product Management as well as Sales, Marketing, Solution and Service Delivery, Supply Chain and R&D.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to creation of solution strategies, including roadmaps for product development
• Ensuring a clear pricing strategy for your portfolio in close cooperation with our pricing manager
• Securing optimum product launches in close cooperation with Marketing and Sales
• Converting features and use cases into solid USP’s and market offerings based on inputs from our technical departments
• Establishing solid business cases and go to market strategies
• Reporting profitability performance of your product program in the market(s)

In the job, you can expect around 20 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitions Commercial Product Manager who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver a winning solution. We imagine that you have a Master’s degree within Business, Economics, Finance, Sciences, Engineering or similar combined with 5 years’ of experience from a similar position which has given you a strong commercial toolbox. Furthermore, we expect that you have solid experience with project management, portfolio development, as well as great PowerPoint skills which you can use to transform complex information into simple story telling. Experience with pricing and launch management is an advantage.

As a person you are analytical and driven by your desire to create change. You are outgoing and have the ability to build positive relations and communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders throughout the organization, and therefore you thrive with a wide range of stakeholders. You have a great business understanding and possess a proactive mind-set, that enables you to identify and prioritize key value creation levers and follow up on them.

You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset.
