A job as our go-to-person for our global Management System KamWay
In the role of Quality Specialist, you will have a support-oriented role, as you will act as a KamWay expert, and provide deep insight to the functionalities of our Management System KamWay, while being a valued sparring partner for your colleagues globally. The system is our common reference link where we document quality policies, processes, procedures, instructions, and continuous improvement practices – all of which are crucial elements to ensure high business performance and quality conditions live up to our internal standards, certifications as well as meet the expectations of our customers.
More specifically, in relation to KamWay, your tasks will be to:
Personality matters
Whether you are looking to apply your competencies in a new setting or newly educated, most importantly you have flair for IT and working with processes and enjoy being in a support-oriented role. You have an educational background to support this, at least on bachelor's level. You have worked with various systems, preferably Management Systems such as IPW, and easily familiarize yourself with functionalities.
As a person you work systematically, have a high sense of quality and an eye for detail. You thrive with an everyday where you collaborate with many different colleagues, both physically at our Headquarters or hybrid via Teams with your colleagues abroad. You are open and curious, and your logical mindset enables you to understand different business processes and bring up suggestions to solve your colleagues’ questions. Furthermore, you naturally target your explanations and have patience when you introduce your colleagues to ways of working in the system.
It is a requirement that you master English and Danish both written and oral, as you will work closely with the entire organization.

- Maintain daily operational tasks, such as reviewing requests and questions regarding KamWay
- Support your colleagues globally with system related questions
- Carryout training sessions for your colleagues and creating learning materials
- Continuously improving and implementing functions and features in collaboration with IT
