You will be working with several countries across markets, cultures, and perspectives - in close collaboration with awesome and purpose driven colleagues.
For this role, you will be based at the Demant headquarters, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from the Copenhagen city center.

Your role as Global Customer Acquisition Manager
As our new Global Customer Acquisition Manager, you will have your own portfolio of countries. Your key goal is to help each market improve the digital marketing performance across paid media channels.

  • Your main responsibility will be to drive, optimize, and plan strategic and tactical digital campaigns across the customer journey to generate high quality appointments in our Hearing Clinics, in close collaboration with the local markets.
  • You will be able to influence all aspects of the digital program and strategy from content creation, lead optimization through the sales funnel and reporting.
  • You will work closely with the local digital marketing teams, our global digital marketing specialists, and our media agency. Together you will deliver impactful solutions in accordance with the local market situation, needs and capabilities.
  • You will get an opportunity to deep dive into specific areas of digital customer acquisition and become our global specialist in certain areas like media planning, paid search, native advertising, affiliates, display, localized marketing, customer journey optimization etc.


As an increasing part of our revenue is generated from digital channels, this position is key to reaching our digital growth potential. We are rolling out our global digital set-up across all markets and we need you to help us do it.

About you

  • 3+ years of relevant experience within digital marketing. E.g. as Digital manager/director at alarger media/digital agency working with larger international digital clients - or perhaps you have experience as digital marketing manager role in an international company.
  • A relevant bachelor or master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Ability to drive several projects and manage deadlines at the same time.
  • Good stakeholder management skills. Working in a matrix organization, it is important to include relevant stakeholders at different levels to ensure their engagement and commitment and drive progress.
  • Good understanding of the digital ecosystem and how different digital channels play a role in the consumer journey.
  • Advanced user of Google Analytics. Retrieving and analyzing data from Facebook Business Manager, Google ads, Google campaign manager, Bing and Business intelligence systems is a natural part of your process to gain insights for further improvements.
  • A strategic, analytical, and commercial mind-set with a high general digital knowledge - preferably with a specialist background in one or more digital disciplines.
  • Great communicator and feel comfortable presenting your recommendations in English, both verbally and written.

Your new Team
You will be part of the Customer Acquisition and Digital Marketing Team in Global Marketing, an ambitious, super engaged, and growing team. You will have a significant role in the team and get the opportunity to influence the global digital agenda of the company and be part of creating our future.
You will be working closely with other teams in Group Marketing such as CRM, Brand & Content, Marketing Analytics, with our colleagues in Hearing Care IT and with our local marketing teams in the individual markets.
