You will own our talent sourcing
We drive an ambitious people strategy to attract, retain and develop talent and to develop an inclusive, international workplace. As our new talent acquisition partner, you will own and drive our talent attraction in terms of sourcing, attracting, and recruiting our future talents. You will collaborate closely with our hiring managers and a team of skilled HR professionals. You will drive our talent sourcing, grow our candidate pools and promote Ferrosan Medical Devices in a wide array of talent acquisition activities. Our employer branding strategy is the anchor for these activities, and we you to pave the way into the future of talent sourcing. You navigate scarce candidate pools using your updated market knowledge and solid talent acquisition toolbox. Your industry knowledge from LifeScience is crucial for understanding local talent supplies and demands to finding the best talents for our business.

You have a passion for recruitment and sourcing – and enjoy giving candidates good experience in the meetings with you. Your education is not crucial, but your experience and industry knowledge within Life Science (Pharma, MedTech, Biotech) is - along with you mastering your recruitment and your sourcing toolbox.

Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global MedTech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.

Your role
In the role of our new Talent Acquisition Partner, your tasks will be to
- Drive and develop our employer brand and talent acquisition strategy
- Collaborate closely with our hiring managers to support finding the best talents for our business.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes at all levels.
- Generate a diverse candidate pool through direct sourcing, identifying, screening, and delivering qualified candidate shortlists.
- Promote our business through employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies where necessary.
- Supporting other HR projects, for instance within D&I, university collab, employer branding, etc.
- All the above naturally in compliance with the latest legislation, including GDPR.
About you
You have a passion for recruitment and sourcing – and enjoy giving candidates good experience in the meetings with you. Your education is not crucial, but your experience and industry knowledge within Life Science (Pharma, MedTech, Biotech) is - along with you mastering your recruitment and your sourcing toolbox.
Apart from that, you will probably meet most of the below requirements. You
- Have extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment and search processes, i.e. from consultancy or internal recruitment function
- Master your search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, and talent pooling.
- Are customer focused and you build and manage your internal and external networks.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-going, enthusiastic and goal oriented.
- Have strong English communication skills both oral and written.
