At TrackMan we are growing, as we are constantly striving to further develop our market leading sport tracking solutions. This is why, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated, Project Coordinator & Installer for our Golf Driving Range Product.
Are you our new Project Coordinator and Installer? You will work closely with the global operations team, sales representative, customers, subcontractors and the in-house R&D department. Your main responsibilities will be to (1) assist our sales team with pre-sales support, (2) ensure that driving range installation are planned and completed in line with expectations, and (3) provide technical support of installed ranges to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Are you our new Project Coordinator and Installer? You will work closely with the global operations team, sales representative, customers, subcontractors and the in-house R&D department. Your main responsibilities will be to (1) assist our sales team with pre-sales support, (2) ensure that driving range installation are planned and completed in line with expectations, and (3) provide technical support of installed ranges to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
- Technical pre-sales support to the sales team:
- Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate driving range solution
- Simulate radar positions to validate coverage in line with proposed solution
- Provide input to sales, who negotiates price and payment terms
- Planning of driving range installation (preparation):
- Agree on timeline with customer and local sub-contractors (if such are involved)
- Prepare system configuration ahead of shipment
- Coordinate shipment and logistics
- Coordinate pre-installations (must be completed before TrackMan arrives on site):
- On-site range installation (execution):
- Coordinate and execute the onsite installation of the driving range systems
- Calibrate radar configurations: tracking units, mapping of bays, targets, launch area etc.
- Setting up WiFi access points across the range
- Overall Q&A responsible of each installation
- Technical support (follow-up):
- Plan service & maintenance schedules for installed portfolio
- Trouble-shoot and debug technical customer support issues
- Provide relevant feedback to R&D
