QP DELEGATE - SENIOR QA SPECIALIST

In addition to this we have an expanding business in the consumer health segment, utilizing both medicated chewing gum and other delivery systems. Furthermore, we are developing a Nicotine Containing Products (NCP) business, where we produce nicotine pouches for consumers looking for a harm-reducing alternative to smoking that allows them to reduce or even quit smoking. All these efforts are part of our new owner Phillip Morris International’s (PMI) vision of creating a smoke-free future.

In this position you will be joining the QA Operations department which consists of 27 highly qualified academics and technicians working with the purpose of securing the highest levels of product quality to the benefit of all our customers and consumers/patients worldwide. The position is based in a group consisting of the company’s 5 QP Delegates who – amongst other tasks – is responsible for the release of all pharmaceutical finished products and intermediates.

Main Responsibilities:
As a QP Delegate in this position some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Final release of pharmaceutical finished products and intermediates.
  • Incident management including setting direction and final QA approval
  • QA approval of standard operating procedures and instructions
  • Quality one-point-of-contact towards costumer, building a trustworthy partner relation
  • Complaint handling
  • Change Control handling
  • OOS handling

Qualifications:

  • You have a master’s degree in pharmacy, medical science, pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering, biology or similar
  • You have significant experience from working in a pharmaceutical GMP environment within QA, QC, Production Support or similar
  • You are a team player assuming responsibility and achieving results independently and as part of a team
  • High standards for work performance, execution and follow-up on delegated tasks and decisions
  • You have good communication skills and are fluent in Danish and English.
