We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Product designer who gets motivated by creating a best-in-class User Experience in a complex SAAS application.
It’s no secret. At Plecto, we are very ambitious! We’re on a journey to become the market-leading business performance platform, using data analytics as an enabler for unlocking performance at both employee and company levels.
As a Product designer in Plecto, you will be working with the full product development cycle: from user research to conceptualization, wireframing, user testing, and eventually high-fidelity designs. And during implementation, you will assist our developers by answering questions, making decisions for edge cases not considered initially, and also reviewing their work, to make sure it adheres to the design and concept.
You will be working in one of our teams which has full ownership over its parts of the product, meaning you will be able to refine the core parts of the product over time, as well as work on new features and projects within the scope of the team.

You are, of course, proficient in the modern UX/UI toolset like Figma, the Adobe suite, etc. No need to create a long list, you know it already.
We’ll be honest. Plecto is not for everyone. We are a fast-growing scale-up with very ambitious plans for the future. We don’t have well-defined processes and procedures for everything (thankfully), so sometimes things are a little bit chaotic, and we’ll need to find the solutions as we go.
Plecto is made up of a diverse international crowd of people, but one thing we all have in common is that we’re very ambitious, both on our own and the company’s behalf. - Are pragmatic and understand when to roll out the full UX toolset to carry out an extensive design process and when to rely on the existing, well-defined concepts and design based on those.
