DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
As part COWIs Wind and Solar organization, you will be fully responsible for the management of a wide range of renewable projects. You will be accountable for ensuring that the projects is delivered on time, to the client's specification, and within the project budget constraints, whilst developing client and stakeholder relationships offering advice and guidance to the project team.

As part COWIs Wind and Solar organization, you will be fully responsible for the management of a wide range of renewable projects. You will be accountable for ensuring that the projects is delivered on time, to the client's specification, and within the project budget constraints, whilst developing client and stakeholder relationships offering advice and guidance to the project team.
On day to day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Leading project teams in the execution of the projects
- Managing risk, scope, progress, and requirements
- Ensuring the well-being of project teams and create followership
- Leading project discipline leads and design teams; leading and managing stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
- Ensuring state-of-the-art solutions meeting customer needs
Duties & Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
- Project Management with special focus on either Wind or Solar projects
- Tender Manager for selected prospects
- Project Management in general, contracts management, risk management, schedule management, quality assurance, document control and cost control
- Looking after change management and delivery assurance
- Ensuring team building and customer care

Furthermore, you should:
- Hold a relevant degree, with a minimum of ten years' experience in design and engineering in the renewable industry
- Have an outgoing and customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build, and develop client relationships, and be a demonstrated and recognized Project Manager and technical leader
- Be highly experienced in interfacing with other discipline specialists
- Excel at working in a culturally diverse setting along with being experienced in succeeding in a high-demand, a fast-paced market that requires high-quality and efficient production
