COWI's international energy division consist of around 400 skilled energy experts, who work with solutions supporting the green transition and climate mitigation agenda. Working as one strong team, we plan, design and optimize the future energy systems together with our customers and colleagues, to meet the ever-increasing need of smart solutions to reduce climate change impacts. Our strategic service focus areas are; Renewable energy production, Green fuels and Green district energy.
Lately, COWI has won several significant contracts within the design of PtX facilities – from power generation, transmission, electrolysis, carbon capture, e-fuel production etc... We are expanding and seek to employ engineers at all levels to meet the growing demand for our services.

DESIGN THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
As part COWIs international energy division, you will be fully responsible for the management of a wide range of energy projects. You will be accountable for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, to the client's specification, and within the project budget constraints, whilst developing client and stakeholder relationships offering advice and guidance to the project team.

As Senior Project Manager, the projects assigned to you will be international, highly complex both in terms of technology and delivery. On day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Leading project teams in the execution of the projects
• Managing risk, scope, progress, and requirements
• Ensuring the well-being of project teams and create followership
• Leading project discipline leads and design teams; leading and managing stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
• Ensuring state-of-the-art solutions meeting customer needs

Duties & Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:

• Project Management in general, contracts management, risk management, schedule management, quality assurance, document control and cost control
• Tender Manager for selected prospects
• Looking after change management and delivery assurance
• Ensuring team building and customer care

Furthermore, you should:

• Hold a relevant degree, with a minimum of fifteen years' experience in design and engineering in the energy industry, preferred renewables
• Have an outgoing and customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build, and develop client relationships, and be a demonstrated and recognized Project Manager and technical leader
• Be highly experienced in interfacing with discipline specialists
• Excel at working in a culturally diverse setting along with being experienced in succeeding in a high-demand, a fast-paced market that requires high-quality and efficient production
• English language skills required, French would be an advantage
