Would you like to be part of a team where we enjoy working together and where we have a fun and flexible working day? Is it also important for you to be part of a constructive collaboration with an open and respectful dialogue about our tasks and challenges? Are you good at providing an overview, do you enjoy connecting the dots in all aspects of large projects, and do you want to work with planning from innovation and design to execution?
Then join our project team in Aarhus. The team counts 12 colleagues, and we expect it to grow in the coming years. We are looking for a colleague who works thoroughly and have an eye for structure and detail. At the same time, you see the benefit in engaging in the positive work environment and in contributing to the team's development.
Planning is your area of responsibility on the project
Working closely with the project management team, you will develop and maintain schedules and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget and time. One of your tasks will be to provide an overview of the project activities, after which you will gather information about dependencies and duration of activities from internal and external stakeholders. This means that you must be able to work in a structured, methodical and detail-oriented way. You should also thrive with the widespread contacts with stakeholders.
Your everyday life and specific tasks
From day one, we will take you through a thorough onboarding process, introducing you to the organisation, project team, processes, software and all the partners. Also, one of your closest colleagues will be your mentor in your daily work.
You will be working with different tasks all related to providing an updated overview of the project activities. This means that you will play an important role in the following tasks:
Are you our new team member?
We imagine that our new colleague is a newly graduate or have worked with planning in the construction industry for a couple of years. Most important is your interest for efficient planning and an interest in developing and carrying out large construction projects. You should be able to see yourself performing within planning and time management. Since English is the main language on the project, you should possess professional (English) spoken and written communication skills, enabling you to present and communicate complex matters in a professional and straightforward manner.
Since we value the constructive collaboration both internally and externally, your ability to build strong relationships to partners and colleagues with different nationalities, and your interpersonal skills in general, will be critical in the role. The work environment is a top priority which means we also expect you to contribute positively to this.
How to apply?
Please contact Planning Manager Anders Woge Bæk Albrektsen at +45 6114 4553, if you have any questions.
