For one of our automation customers at Zealand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Planner. The company is part of an international technology company with headquarter in Germany and with more than 6,000 employees worldwide and has a leading position within pharma/medtech. The company, which employs more than 100 committed employees in Denmark, develops and produces special machines for the largest Danish and international companies within pharma/medtech.

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible to develop and maintain the Customers project schedules, manage planning efficiently and facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders and being the glue between Customers, Project Management and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

To take ownership and manage the customers project schedules including:

  • Establish the reference and to monitor the Customer project schedule
  • Ensure that the project planning baseline is coherent with the production
  • To ensure the regular update of the Customer schedule with a red path to the production
  • Lead the project schedule sessions called by the project management and stakeholders aligned with the Syntegon planning strategy
  • Prepare process planning schedules for sales as well present the progress reports for internal stakeholders and management
  • Focus on early identification of potential delays and resource constraints (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
  • Propose a recovery plan together with production to mitigate with any impact on critical path and Customer milestones
  • Lead claim management discussions and schedules
  • Monitor and report the project follow-up through regular updates on the performance dashboard
  • Tracking of Key Performance Indicators for planning and scheduling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar background
  • Project management skills with industrial background
  • Advanced skills in MS 365 applications and MS Project in specific
  • Experience in using Risks and Schedule analysis tools
  • Precise, structured and with a sense of anticipation
  • Good and strong Communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team worker/player
  • Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
  • Be able to challenge project team and highly proactive in proposing solutions
