SAP Process specialist

We are looking for a team member to our Business Applications Support (BAS) team to support SAP Master Data creation, maintenance and optimization initiatives and programs. We implement, optimize and support our SAP Master Data globally.

This position requires the ability to develop good working relationships with Local SAP SMEs across ALK sites. Experience supporting SAP Master Data in Materials Master (MM), Production (PP) and quality management (QM) business modules in pharma environment for regular creation and maintenance operation and in projects, loading new data and supporting the business in design and process.

This means that you:

• Support creation and maintenance of plant specific and global Master Data in SAP
• Support ALK SAP business process template (MM, PP and QM Modules)
• Identify and implement global business process enhancements in collaboration with local SAP teams
• Participate in site implementation projects (new functionality or roll outs)

About you

If you have a background supporting Master Data, super user or SME in SAP Product Supply area, and find that being responsible for support business process enhancements in a multinational company is an appealing challenge, you might be the one we are looking for.

These are some of the qualifications that brings you into consideration:

• Bachelor or Master Degree. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Engineer
• 2-3 years’ experience in supporting Master Data or other SAP activities.
• Participated in implementation projects in SAP.
• Experience with GxP and Pharma industry will be preferred but is not a requirement
• Have experience with implementation and validation of IT systems
• Process or SME knowledge of SAP MM, PP and/or QM and logistics modules
• You are proactive, serviceminded and a teamplayer
• You have good stakeholder management skills
• Speak and write English professionally
