Continuous development and sustainment of technology platforms
As Project Manager you will be fully responsible of your own projects and/or key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle; project initiation/planning, execution/monitoring & controlling, and closing.

Your projects support several Terma application areas and focus primarily on continuous development and sustainment of product platforms integrating Systems, Software, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering disciplines as well as across the value chain from business development and sales over supply chain and manufacturing to support & services. Other relevant project scopes include research/technology or IT/process calling for solid change management.

By being visible, having clear agreements, and following up on performance, you promote accountability and ensure commitment to project progress from everyone. This is further supported by your ability to address uncertainties and to foresee risks – and by proactively managing the associated mitigating and corrective actions.

To a large extent, your success depends on how you manage stakeholders by means of networking and communication and change requests throughout the project planning and execution phases.

You join – and are expected to contribute to – a well-functioning department within Techology & Innovation consisting of approx. 15 project managers and 10 subject matter experts. We strive to support each other – during daily project management as well as through organized development of competences and exchange of experience.

Your professional qualifications

• Experience integrating various engineering disciplines and working with SW platforms incl. bridging waterfall project methodology and agile development
• Ability to lead complex, systems engineering-heavy projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid practice in managing risks and addressing changes
• Experience with Cyber Security, AI, and/or from regulated industries would be a plus
• You are fluent in written and spoken English

• Stakeholder Management is one of your main skills - you are great at communicating with colleagues, a skilled relationship builder, and able to navigate a complex stakeholder landscap
