Senior Business Process Specialist
For KK Wind Solutions A/S (KKWS) we are looking for an experienced professional who likes to take up the challenge to become the new Senior Business Process Specialist for their Global Technology & Innovation team (GTI).
If you appreciate to work with processes in an organization with highly skilled software-, hardware- and electronical engineers – and you especially are keen on establishing the processes, you should apply for this job. Purpose of position:
The GTI team wants to improve their CMMI Level (Capability Maturity Model Integration). The purpose of the position is support and drive an optimization of the business processes in GTI.
KKWS works currently with 5 different Product groups where Power Convert Systems plays a significant role. The position as Senior Business Process Specialist must secure a link to all 5 areas throughout the KKWS organization.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
The position refers to Head of PMO at GTI, and forms thus part of the GTI, Project Execution Team. The GTI organization has its base in Ikast. However, important team members are located in Hørsholm and Vojens, Denmark and in Kempen, Germany. In headlines the key responsibilities for the position are:

To be able to take up the challenges as the new Senior Business Process Specialist we are looking for an experienced professional with a solid educational background and a minimum 8-year experience within the area. The individual also has the following professional characteristics:

It is therefore imperative that you have an entrepreneurial though structured mindset and at the same time be result oriented. KKWS works in the renewable industry. It is therefore important that you have a passion for the renewable energy agenda for a sustainable future on the globe. And as KKWS works on the global market it is imperative that you are fluent in English in both speaking and writing.

- Define and establish processes in Global Technology & Innovation (GTI)
- Secure link within the Product Groups at KKWS
- Drive the CMMI maturity journey for GTI
- Drive the GTI process community and dialog with QHSE
- Ensure stakeholders are involved and aligned
Key Tasks:
- Identify process maturity within GTI and our link to converter area and responsibilities
- Hands on – design of the best possible process by using Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps and other Office 365 tools including RPA
Professional Competences:
To be able to take up the challenges as the new Senior Business Process Specialist we are looking for an experienced professional with a solid educational background and a minimum 8-year experience within the area. The individual also has the following professional characteristics:
- Knowledge of engineering design
- Experience in developing process flow diagrams
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong collaboration and networking skills
- Able to process complex information and present key messages in a simple manner

It is therefore imperative that you have an entrepreneurial though structured mindset and at the same time be result oriented.
