The role:

We are on an industry-defining transformation that will change the way the world moves. It’s a big moment for all of us – and we all have our part to play. This role will be focusing on the Order to Cash process within our global customer experience function, responsible to co-design and optimise the end-to-end processes with respective Functional process owners, evaluate current processes and provide recommendations, align with overall company defined standards and other best practices and develop comprehensive visibility to aid effective management.

Key Responsibilities

• (Co)-Design and validate end to end process based on functional product owners' definition and to validate or help mapping L3/L6 processes
• Identify risks with the process and address key stakeholders
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and evaluate options with functional product owners
• Develop new processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Identify unclarity inputs and outputs of each process block and work with the key stakeholders to define
• Create and maintain current and future process maps
• Develop and maintain process related documents
• Lead process design workshops to support the functional product owners
• Provide the adequate visibility and recommendations to support management decisions and prioritization
• Ensure processes are compliant with company and industry standards, including clear rules and controls in place.

Requirements:

• (Re)/Engineering and process mindset. Prior experience in ARIS will be advantageous
• Comprehensive insight in Supply Chain and strategic thinking
• 2+ years managerial and 5+ operational experience/operational product knowledge
• Strong project management skill and change management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Customer centric mindset
