- Turning business-critical insights into operational efficiency via root cause analysis
- Inspire business units to see new opportunities and possibilities
- Driving and supporting change and collaboration
- Documenting processes
- Transforming new business models into redesigned processes
Skills and attributes for success
It’s key that you are enthusiastic about being a part of an agile company undergoing a rapid IT-transformation.
You have probably worked with process optimization and excellence in the past. Furthermore, you are thrilled by the future and all its possibilities and are motivated by engaging others.
In addition, it would be cool if you have:
- At least 2-5 years of experience, from a similar position from a leading company
- A strong and well-developed toolbox within process excellence
- Natural curiosity and a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and have experience with change management
- Problem-solving mindset with a twist of “get the shit done attitude”
It´s a precondition that you write and speak fluent Danish / Scandinavian and English.
