Construction Project Planner

On behalf of our client, we are currently searching for a Construction Project Planner / Planning Engineer to join their team in Falster.

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning and management of the construction sites’ activities in Primavera P6, as well as supporting the Project Management Team and relevant stakeholders in providing data related to the status of the schedule. This includes:

• Maintaining and updating the Design Schedule and Procurement Schedule. You will be the interface between construction activities and Design/Technical office, and the Procurement department.
• Conducting analysis of the current status of the project to prepare forecasts and monitor productivity and progress.
• Conducting analysis of productivity and manage required resources, as well as coordinating and weekly follow-up of production planning.
• Review / Analysis of schedules from subcontractors from a logical and contractual point of view, and specify site needs.

Your experience and competencies

We imagine that you have experience from a similar position in the construction field, e.g. as a Building Constructor, Planning Engineer, Project Management, Construction Site Engineer or other relevant background. Furthermore, we expect that you have/are:

• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Microsoft Project and Office
• Experience in preparation of time schedule and progress control
• Experience in Design and Building contracts
• It is an advantage if you have experience in infrastructure projects
• Analytical, business logic, and problem resolution skills
• Oral and written communication skills in English
