Chief Project Manager for the Know Your Customer (KYC) Target Operating Model, Group Financial Crime Prevention
We are looking for an experienced Chief Project Manager to join KYC as we embark on our strategic journey as part of nordea’s non financicial risk reduction plans. In parallel with existing KYC solutions, we will develop a new strategic KYC solution, eventually to replace the current KYC application landscape.
To do this, we will develop a new unified Target Operating Model which will serve as an integral part of the implementation and ongoing management of the strategic KYC solutions.

About this opportunity
KYC provides the framework for ensuring that we know whom we are doing business with, where their money comes from, and the purpose of the transactions. A robust KYC process is the key element in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF).
nordea has set out ambitious targets for 2025. The success of the KYC’s stragegic solutions - is an instrumental part of reaching those targets, including developing a revised, robust and fit for purpose – Target Operating Model.

The Target Operating Model will outline how we are organised in order to execute and deliver on the value defined by the KYC strategy and business models. This will cover; Processes, Organisation and Governance, Technology, Sourcing and Location, People and Skills and Performance Management. Your role will be to drive the development and implementation of this model across the KYC domain in nordea.
