Job description

Scoping, leading and driving Commercial excellence projects and programs
We are looking for an experienced Commercial excellence manager to take on a leading role in the development of the commercial processes, systems and tools across Terma. We are currently, looking into a number of large projects that are of key importance for Terma to secure the scalability that enables us to support a growing business. Short term, and in close collaboration with the business, we will establish a solidt foundation of processes, systems and tools and remove non-value adding activities, to level up efficiency in our commercial frontline.
While being part of a small team, you will touch and engage with the global Terma organization on a daily basis. Travel in up to 20 days a year can be expected.

In this position, you will preferably be located in Lystrup near Aarhus (or Soeborg), and you will report directly to the Head of Commercial excellence.
Your main responsibilities will cover;

  • Ownership for execution and anchoring of growth and portfolio development projects
  • Co-ownership for Commercial excellence roadmap development and execution
  • Representative for Commercial excellence in project interfaces with IT, Finance, Technology and Supply chain
  • Acting as change agent and close partner to the business
  • Drive and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders

How to succeed in this position?
To succeed in this role, you must have

  • A relevant background, preferably with a master’s degree within business, economics, or a related commercial oriented field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working with commercial excellence and/or change management in a global matrix organization
  • Experience in commercial strategy, portfolio management, or process facilitation is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Proven project management skills including ability to plan, prioritize and set goals
  • You are a relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong personal drive
  • You thrive in a busy working environment with numerous parallel activities.
