The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to K/S Management. The key focus of this role is to enable a successful administrative coordinatior function by performing a variety of secretarial tasks and supportive tasks. The Administrative Coordinator will assist across all project scales and complexities.

Primary task
The Administrative Coordinator has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for various filings of data to authorities
- Responsible for providing support in relation to the management of digital signatures stored in the signature management system
- Responsible for administrative support to K/S Management
- Responsible for collecting applicable documentation in relation to investor management
- Investor service
- Responsible for KYC requests
- Coordinate investor meetings
- Assist in Board and General Assembly meetings
- Coordinate distribution payments
- Create and Maintain Master data
- Maintain share register
- Maintain AoA
- Maintain CVR
- Assist on management of Junior Supporter
Foundational Competences
- 3-8 years of experience with similar
- Preferably some experience with managing stakeholders in an international context
- Flexible and adaptable in various situations when interacting with external and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution oriented approach toward business issues
- Preferably good knowledge and understanding of financial and business management principles with the ability to communicate and prioritize business requirements
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must be highly skilled in MS Office
- Fluent in Danish and English

- Eager to learn and understand the structures behind our Assets in order to be able to deliver best in class service to our K/S Management Organization
