Senior Process Engineer, Power-to-X

Your new team

You will be part of our growing PtX department which consists of 50 dedicated colleagues. We are currently working on several cutting-edge projects in Denmark as well as North and South America. As Process Engineer you will have an important role and get the chance to work with some of the biggest PtX plants in an innovative department where you will get the chance to shape your role.

Your new role

In this position, you will find yourself in an environment with a big variation of interesting tasks with the design, configuration, and development of PtX processes. You will have a close link with our EPC function and play an important role in the workstreams between the teams.

You can look forward to working with the following tasks:

• Designing, configuring, and developing Power-to-X processes as part of the technology group.
• Generating project documents required for designs for e-methanol/e-fuel plants and system integration.
• Providing input for the evaluation of key items in the procurement phase.
• Supporting during the commissioning of plants.
• Analyzing operational units, verifying data, and optimizing the running process.
• Providing feedback to stakeholders in the design phase.

Job prerequisites

• You have an education in chemical engineering and at least five years of experience from a similar role - ideally from energy- or process plants and you have been working with piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• You have very good oral and written communication skills in English.

You are an efficient, organized, and results-oriented person with a solid problem-solving mindset. It is important that you have good structural skills and can keep the overview while working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment with high complexity.
