Exciting Project Director position in an innovative biopharmaceutical company

Nykode Therapeutics is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join the expanding Projects and Alliance Management (PAM) team.

You will lead a development project team, overseeing a strategic clinical-stage pipeline project.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic drug development projects, project strategy and planning 
• Represents the project(s) in the relevant project governance boards.
• Proactively take part in building our Nykode team, ensuring that our culture is aligned with people´s values and foster a work environment where people thrive at work. 
• Actively take part in strengthening the project organization and implementation of project tools 
• Produce high-quality, timely deliverables and strong continuous drive within projects. 
• Responsible for establishing, communicating, and executing on project plans, resulting in achievement of project goals. 
• Responsible for project budgets in a matrix setting according to Nykode standards and systems.

Your qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience within drug development, whereof 7-10 years include project leadership responsibility of drug development projects in a matrix setting.

You have a master or a PhD degree within medical, biological, or pharmaceutical science or equivalent.

You are strategic and have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams while fostering a positive team culture in line with the company’s values. Proven experience in strategic drug development projects, coupled with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management proficiency, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolution.
