The Senior Process Engineer will play a crucial role in expediting process design in line with priorities set by the Process Board. This ensures Platform work commences once process design is completed resulting in Platforms being fit for purpose and driving optimal customer results. The Maersk Process Excellence team is the Centre of Excellence tasked to take our process transformation and process excellence to a high and self-sustained level of maturity.

The Process Excellence team’s responsibilities are:

• Setting the overall Enterprise Process Vision at Maersk, the guidelines for overall business performance management, integrity of the end-to-end process landscape and governance to assess maturity and progress of the process domains
  
  
• To establish the visibility to the end-to-end process design progress, standardization goals, gaps, and interdependencies within the overall landscape and anchor follow up actions
  
  
• Define the standards and frameworks and adoption Governance around critical areas i.e. Business Design, Implementation and Scaled Rollouts
  
  
• Ensuring ownership of Enterprise Master Data is adequately anchored
  
  
• Providing a capable set of process engineering and agile program management to induce speed and acceleration as needed
  
  
• Capability building through training and coaching for process skills across the Enterprise
  
  

Critical Competencies

• Currently in a strong process role in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or related Industry
  
  
• Trained Master black belt
  
  
• 15+ years of experience of which 5 years must be in Process Design
  
  
• Strong understanding passion for designing end to end processes
  
  
• Strong collaborator, communicator, hands-on, ability to work agile
  
  
• Education: Bachelor degree in engineering, business or equivalent
  
  
• Process Design Expertise: In-depth knowledge of process design, development and improvement methodologies
  
  
• Great collaboration and consulting skills
  
  
• Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with participants from diverse teams
  
  
• Communication and Influencing/Consulting: Excellent communication skills to anchor actions to address E2E process dependencies in GPL orgs
