IntroductionIntroductionScan Global Logistics A/S is currently seeking a highly motivated HRIS & Process Specialist to join our team at either our Hvidovre, Copenhagen, or Viby, Aarhus office. As the internal process owner of our HR System, you will play a crucial role in optimizing, implementing, and continuously improving various aspects related to our HR processes.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities

Oversee the global system re-implementation, ensuring effective governance, support, and operational procedures.

Serve as a global contact point to optimize the system environment, focusing on efficiency, simplicity, and user experience.

Conduct training sessions for the organization and create comprehensive guides.

Collaborate with key stakeholders such as payroll and IT to address system-related needs.

Contribute to the global digital transformation and HRIS agenda.

Support business units in analyzing HR data, promoting data consistency and accuracy.

Identify opportunities for re-engineering P&C processes to enhance efficiencies.
