About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects within our organization. You will be responsible for implement new profitable revenue streams and act as the lighthouse for the complete Project departments on topics related to project management. Reporting will be to the Projects department manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong independence, high energy, result orientation, adaptability, analytical ability, self-control, empathy, extroversion, and teamwork. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the following tasks:

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Reporting Project Progress and obstacles to the Steering Group
• Managing project progress and adapting work as required to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Analyzing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting regularly to senior management.
• Responsible for development of strategy and tools for project department
• Mentoring of project managers

Qualifications Needed

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar related field to Renewables sector.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience with project management in development projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, eg. MS Project.
