Your new team - at a glance
You will be part of our highly motivated Project Development Team in Latvia, which handles the planning and development of our projects across the entire country. We are a small and agile team, consisting of seven full-time employees in Riga and one employee located in Copenhagen. We value mutual respect, have fun working with and learning from each other, and are motivated by our goal to make the green energy transition in Latvia happen. We are part of bigger family in Baltics, across all three countries we are approximately 32 colleagues located in Tallin, Riga and Vilnius. In cooperation with the local development team in Latvia, you will contribute to the development of our wind, solar, and Power-to-X development projects, which will allow you to quickly become familiar with socio-economic, technical as well as administrative details of our renewable energy assets and contribute to managing internal and external workstreams and stakeholders.

Your new role
As our new Project Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring high quality stakeholder management, documents management and control and office daily administration related to our projects supporting the delivery of our projects.
Your focus will be assisting our project pipeline in various stages, to ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to the development, financing and construction of renewable assets. You will participate in market and project development and elaborate stakeholder overviews. You will liaise with local suppliers throughout the project lifecycle in close cooperation with other Baltic region offices and headquarters.

Working hours: Full-time
Location: The office in Riga combined with the possibility of working from home
Salary: 3000 - 3500 EUR gross/month depending on experience

Your new role

Areas of Responsibilities
- Assist with our projects delivery and ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to the development and construction.
- Helping to establish the documents archiving system that works and quality control.
- Evaluation and management of received documents and entire communication at Riga office.
- Assisting Project managers in preparation of project related documents and communication.
- Coordinating European Energy Project management tool (Project Life Cycle (PLC) system).
- Coordinating tasks across Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
- Making presentations for meetings.
- Managing stakeholder’s communication and local engagement measures (mapping, analysis, strategy, actions).
- Leading and managing the strategic communication work for European Energy in Latvia.
- Ensuring Riga office daily administration and supply.
Your Profile
- You have completed a Bachelor's or Master degree at university level or an equivalent education within economics, administration, law or similar.
- Preferably you have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Assistant or Associate; maybe from real estate, a legal firm, or an engineering company handling documents. You are used to communicating with public authorities.
- You thrive in an administrative and hands-on position with high pace and many stakeholders.
- You are an experienced user in MS Office.
- You master English orally and in writing.
