Your position

In your role as a Project Planner, you will be a valuable member of our Consulting Services Department which is set to face tremendous growth in the coming years.

Location: Your workplace will be at one of Semco's offices in either Denmark - Poland - UK. The position is full-time and 30-50 travel days per year should be expected.

Your tasks & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience with project management form the oil & gas industry, exceptional planning skills, and proficiency in Safran & Primavera P6 software. As a Project Planner, you will have an active participation in the implementation of specific long-term projects. This includes focus on the development and maintenance of project plans.

You will act as an active sparring partner for projects managers and will have the following responsibilities:

• Project & Offshore planning in cooperation with organization land and offshore – including developing project plans to be shared with clients as well as other project members.
• Level 4 and 5 planning & follow-on in Safran, MIPS and Company SAP in close co-operation with internal Disciplines and Company.
• Update and maintenance of Work orders in Customers system/ SAP/Safran.
• Update and maintenance of 6 week “staff plan”.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Input for weekly and monthly reports.

Your profile & qualifications

As a person you are proactive, solution-oriented, and flexible. You are structured and analytical in your work, and you can handle many tasks simultaneously. You can work independently as well as part of a team.

You have more than 5 years of experience with project planning, and you:

• Hold a degree in engineering or have equivalent qualification such as experience planning on large-scale technical projects.
• Have more than 5 years of project planning based on Safran or/and Primavera P6 software.
• Understand the various processes related to project management.
• Have through data knowledge.
• Have extensive experience within Oil & Gas - preferably from offshore positions
• Have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Are fluent in oral and written Danish and English
