As a Problem Manager at [xxxxx], your main focus will be handling and optimizing problem management processes. You’ll use your ITIL expertise to develop and improve these processes, while advising both customers and internal teams. Customers often have customized problem management processes, and it will be your job to ensure these processes run smoothly. You’ll build networks and routines to align with [xxxxx]’s systems, adapting processes to fit both support teams and the organization.

The role requires close collaboration with all units within [xxxxx], ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently by identifying the root cause. You’ll oversee the flow of information, keeping customers and stakeholders informed until a solution is found.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the Problem Management process, ensuring optimal adaptations and information flow to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate across [xxxxx] units to resolve issues and identify root causes.
  • Customize problem management processes for clients and ensure the integration of solutions with multiple systems.
  • Maintain a structured approach to problem handling, keeping all stakeholders informed until a solution is reached.

Who are you?
You’re a proactive and solution-oriented individual with a strong ITIL background. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems. With a solid understanding of technology and a natural ability to communicate clearly, you’ll build strong relationships with both internal teams and customers. Your goal-focused mindset and collaborative spirit will help you adapt and optimize processes for our clients.

  • Fluent Danish as native language and English as secondary language also in writhing.
  • Experience with Process work and ITIL or Lean, DevOps as framework
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow as primary tool or other ITSM tools for Process ticket handling.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Good collaboration skills.
  • ITIL certification or other ITSM certification is desired.
