On behalf of Tetra Pak Danmark A/S we are looking for a well-trained, experienced and enthusiastic candidate to join Processing Solutions & Equipment in the Nordics as Senior Process Engineer.
As their new Senior Process Engineer you will be responsible for process engineering and technical support of Tetra Pak capital projects in the food industry, as well as specification of equipment and functional design within the given time and cost budgets. The Senior Process Engineer will have the possibility to follow the process from pre-project to the delivery of the finalised project.
As Senior Process Engineer, you will:
•Ensuring comprehensive process engineering and technical support, as necessary, in the design, sale, installation and commissioning of process systems
•Calculation for piping, pumps and valves used in the food industry
•Selection and specification of components used in the design and implementation of our capital projects
•Creation of Technical Descriptions and Process Functional Specifications
•Creation of project documentation including Test specifications
•Lead the CE marking process for our technical solutions
•Ensuring the customer’s satisfaction with Tetra Pak equipment and services and representing the company in front of our customers
•Lead smaller project teams, be in charge of projects delivery by coordinating project team members both internally and externally
This position will be located in Aarhus, Denmark, but we are part of an international business environment, therefore you should be prepared to travel approximately 25-30% of your time to our colleagues, customers and suppliers to fulfil the role, mainly in the Nordics and North Europe.
We believe you have:
•very good communication and problem-solving skills, to be able to communicate with customers at all levels and capable of managing their expectations.
lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and attention to details.
•to be successful in this position you have at least 5 years relevant experience in an engineering and design role and experience of leading teams.
•an Engineering or Food technology background particularly with experience in liquid process industries.
•a degree level education in Engineering – Chemical / Production / Process / Mechanical / Food Engineering) or able to demonstrate through experience a similar level of achievement.
•good knowledge of current legislation affecting process solutions, contractual and commercial awareness. Background in the equipment Tetra Pak supply would be a plus.
•fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Danish/Swedish/Norwegian is desired.
