Are you a talented coordinator who can easily navigate between different tasks and stakeholders? Do you have working experience as a project, personal or department assistant with a proactive, structured and detail-oriented approach? Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…work closely with the specialist team in the department by supporting with project execution and project-administrative tasks. You will ensure organising and monitoring schedules of tasks and ensure that all deadlines are met.
You will also be responsible for:
Update task file systems and project documentation Assist in activity scheduling Assist at meetings and workshops (e.g. planning, facilitation and minutes of meeting) Conduct analysis (research), and assist in maintenance of databases (e.g. market development) Assist in reporting (e.g. drafting of monthly performance report) Ad hoc tasks
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…has 2-3 years of experience as a project assistant, personal assistant or similar, incl. knowledge of project management approaches like PRINCE2. As Project Coordinator, you will contribute to a positive work environment by being an open and positive colleague and a trusted sparring partner for the project managers and their team members.

Are a proactive and flexible self-starter Pay attention to detail Have good communication and English skills Have good IT skills (e.g. experienced user of MS Office application and SharePoint) Thrive in an international environment
