Are you a highly experienced Project Manager with in-depth understanding of the wind turbine value chain? Do you have a strategic mind-set along with business and commercial acumen? Do you have a proven track record of achieving projects according to agreed scope, timeline and budget?
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
… play a key role in supporting the Chief Program Manager in delivering the program’s business case. You will be overall responsible for delivering sub-projects (internal or outsourced) that are strategic enablers for the program’s business case across Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Technology and Operations within the program.
Working out of Aarhus, Denmark, and reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will monitor the readiness of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Technology and Operations towards the program’s objectives.
You will also be responsible for:
• Consolidating progress reporting based on input coming out of the organisation
• Preparation of progress reports across the program
• Supporting in arranging key meetings with pivotal stakeholders

… has superior stakeholder management skills combined with extensive experience working as a Project Manager in an international organisation with complex set-ups. Our new colleague has the ability to identify and involve business stakeholders and possess the ability to convert business and financial knowledge into business value.
The role as Project Manager in Product Development requires a high level of technical and operational knowledge of wind turbines and the associated value chain, and industry experience is a prerequisite.
We expect that you:
• Have strong project management skills - a formal certification is preferred
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills – also in English
• Are an open-minded team player with a positive attitude and informal style of leadership
• Are persistent and patient with the ability to prioritize – also under pressure
• Are structured, results oriented and robust, but always with a good deal of humour
