Our company deliver Data Capture and Tracking solutions in different verticals like Healthcare, Airports & Airlines, Postal & Logistics, Manufacturing & Supply chain. Together as colleagues, we optimize supply chain flow, create real-time visibility in postal sorting offices, reduce emissions by optimizing transport planning, as well as increase patient care within hospitals using state-of-the-art tracking technologies like RFID and BLE.
Job description
We are looking for a senior Project Manager to deliver Customer projects within our Logistics business unit.
You will be responsible for implementing projects with competent technical and professional backup from your colleagues in the team in Denmark, Canada, UK, and US. Your job is to ensure that your projects are planned and executed in a professional way, that creates value for our customers and for Lyngsoe Systems.
You will become a key player in the growth of our activities in North America and will be given the opportunity to work closely with the management on the goal of expanding our capabilities to execute more Customer projects locally.
You will work at our office in Bolton, Ontario. Some travel to Customer sites and our other offices must be anticipated. You will be working closely together with our local solution/project manager as well as software architects and developers in Denmark - and in some cases with our hardware and firmware development team in Canada.

Desired skills and experience
- Comprehensive experience with technical software project management.
- Preferably a degree in software engineering.
- Experience within logistics and automation.
- Strong in building long-lasting relations to Customers and suppliers.
- Strong in motivating and encouraging your project team to meet the deadlines in the right quality.
- Capable of working proactively and structured.
- Experience working with different cultures.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Experience in managing distributed teams
