Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (GHS) is ready to take a position as one of the world’s leaders in developing and producing electrolysis plants that use electricity from renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen. The GHS modular solutions will help accelerate the market for hydrogen plants to ensure optimal utilization of renewable energy. The global market for electrolysers is significant and is growing rapidly. We are in the process of commercialising our 2nd generation electrolysers, and the vision is that with modular solutions, we will help accelerate the market for hydrogen plants that can ensure optimal utilisation of renewable energy.
With solid owners and close collaboration with major Danish and foreign partners in the energy market, the foundation is in place. We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager with a large drive, who has the ability and desire to participate in the further development of our advanced electrolysis technology.
Tasks
In this job you will be part of a group of highly skilled experts that focus on new innovations in electrolysers in the company’s Sales department. You will be responsible for project management of customer projects for electrolyser technology to maintain high customer satisfaction, deliver projects on time, at the right quality and within budget. The approach to this position will include commercial sales support, optimizing our project delivery, ensure smooth takeover of contracts from sales and ensure customer acceptance of projects and internal hand over to Service. Furthermore, you will assist with ad-hoc tasks related to project delivery.

Your main tasks will be:
- Customer collaboration and building customer relations.
- Contract and risk management.
- Motivate and drive a project team.
- Ensure project delivery within planned cost, quality targets and on time.
- Ensure compliance with safety targets and integrate a safety-first mindset.
- Reporting of project status and risks.
- Sign of on installation and commissioning scope.
- Compile installation and commissioning budgets plus project schedules.
- Contract negotiations.
Qualifications and experience
- Commercial education at bachelor or master level supplemented with relevant project management experience.
- Other educational backgrounds can also be relevant if combined with extensive experience within commercial project management.
Moreover, you may have
- Senior commercial project management profile.
- Extensive experience within commercial project management in an international context.
- Willingness to travel
- Experience from a similar position with high commercial focus.
- Experience from technology-based companies.
- Experienced user of ERP-systems.
- Danish and English on negotiation level.
- Other European languages is an advantage.
