About the department
In Manufacturing IT/Operational Technology we are a team of IT/OT subject matter experts and project managers focusing on optimising how OT/Automation systems are implemented and operated across Novo Nordisk. The department sets the strategic direction within OT, and implements global solutions using some of the newest technologies available. The department, located in Bagsværd, Denmark, is characterised by an international environment, innovation, a quality mindset and a trust based working environment.
The position
As VersionDog Subject Matter Expert you will be a part of a central project team that in the coming years will implement VersionDog together with ServiceNow across +15 Production Sites World Wide across Novo Nordisk.
As OT/SME your responsibilities will be to prepare and review GMP documentation, support and coordinate implementation activities, troubleshoot as well as train and ensure knowledge transfer across local end users.
The project will be executed in an agile project setup in a dynamic project community where you can foresee travel activity to production sites placed in China, France, Brazil, US, Denmark and others.
Qualification
Your academic profile is technician, MSc., engineering or similar. You have experience with implementation of Automation Solutions within GxP environment. Ideally you have experience working with VersionDog and ServiceNow Systems. You are familiar with GMP and have experience in structured troubleshooting. As a person you are flexible, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. Finally, you have proficiency in written and spoken English.
