Are you excited about project execution and driving business value through Digital, Data and IT? Working with us you will get the opportunity to engage with various teams across the global Digital, Data & IT organisation (DD&IT) and together you will work to solve key business challenges and initiatives. The position To excel as DD&IT Business Consultant you are curious, open-minded and easily adaptable to changing contexts. You are motivated by project execution and implementation. The role and work are based on the need of the business, and tasks and responsibility can therefore vary. Examples of projects are: Support implementation of Digital Health products and devices across several countries Implementation lead of an IT system to our production sites and hand-over to India once implementation is completed PMO in a large-scale program within IT that impacts all business areas of Novo Nordisk Change management lead focusing on data as a service adoption in the commercial area In any role, you will be given plenty of responsibility in some of the largest digital, data or IT initiatives in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to learn from highly experienced and talented colleagues while working across the entire value chain. We have a high focus on career development, hence former DD&IT Business Consultants have moved to positions like Senior Project Manager, Executive Assistant, Scrum Master, Strategy Consultant etc. Qualifications Master’s degree in IT, Business, Strategy, communications or in another relevant field At least 2 years of fulltime experience in IT, consulting, or project related work Adaptive mindset and able to quickly engage in any team you enter Strong communicator, excellent in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes High interest in IT, digitalisation and data Fluency in both written and spoken English is a pre-requisite Understanding of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) or waterfall project methodologies are required About the department We are a team of 16 young and highly engaged internal IT business consultants with mixed backgrounds and profiles. While working on projects in different organisational contexts, we pride ourselves in sharing knowledge, act as sparring partners, and remain accountable for keeping up a good team spirit.
