The position As Strategy Partner in Product Supply, Quality and IT (PSQIT) Strategy, you will be driving projects and analyses to support strategic discussions and decisions at the executive level and tracking progress of strategy execution across the area. Your main responsibilities will include: · Support strategy execution at EVP-level · Develop and continuously refine the framework for tracking progress and drive initiatives to improve processes, governance, and data overviews · Support and drive cross-value chain strategic projects. · Drive analyses (incl. strategic financial analyses) · Ensure effective and proactive sharing of objectives, progress, results, and learnings to stakeholders You will be expected to proactively collaborate with a broad landscape of diverse stakeholders across the global Novo Nordisk value chain. This includes working independently in complex situations, supporting cross-functional teamwork, and communicating effectively. As a member of the PSQIT Strategy team, you are expected to contribute with internal and external insights on the landscape in which PSQIT and Novo Nordisk operate. Joining a small and agile team, we expect you to be a strong team player, who enjoys delivering on short deadlines as much as driving larger deliverables – consistently of highest quality. You will report to the Corporate Vice President of PSQIT Strategy & Sustainability. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. Qualifications Our ideal candidate possess: · A master’s degree in life sciences, engineering, business, economics or similar · 4-5 years’ experience in a business, finance, consulting, strategy position or similar · Strategic mindset and strong business understanding · Hands-on experience with project/programme management · Ability to conduct complex analyses and translate complexity into clear messages · Fluency in written and spoken English As a person, you are ambitious, innovative, and have a result-oriented way of working. You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive “can-do” attitude. You have flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. About PSQIT Strategy Product Supply, Quality & IT It is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with ~27,000 employees globally. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products, the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities, and for providing an IT platform that caters to all business needs. You will be part of the newly established PSQIT Strategy team responsible for driving the execution of PSQIT’s strategy. In collaboration with our colleagues across the value chain of PSQIT we work towards realising the long-term strategic opportunities related to scaling the manufacturing network in tandem with an expansion into new therapy areas and technology platforms.
