The position
As the Senior Project Manager- Global Spare Parts Management Novo Nordisk, you will be developing and implementing a standard spare parts strategy to roll out to global IFP sites. You will report to the Global Head of Manufacturing Maintenance and Engineering within IFP AMPP. You will provide a key role in the establishment and implementation of the standard global maintenance and asset management strategy.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Shaping and driving the Global Material Management Program, setting objectives, vision, and targets
Designing the future spare part management strategy for IFP, including roles and responsibilities, sourcing and stocking guidelines, and use of digital tools
Managing the systematic process of identifying, organizing, and controlling spare parts to enable efficient inventory management
Measuring performance of the IFP Spare Part Management strategy
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the right resources are in place
Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and developments in Material Management spare parts
Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent self-starter with a proven track record in managing challenging engineering tasks. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in overcoming technical challenges and communicating effectively on complex technical issues.
To succeed in this role, you have: BSc degree in engineering or equivalent technical field experience
At least 5 years’ experience in Maintenance, Engineering, with at least 4 years of exposure to global team/program management
Approximately 3 years of experience with spare parts / inventory management
A proven track record of leading teams and building effective working relationships
Experience with CMMS systems, such as SAP PM / MM
Experience in managing cross-functional projects
Professional proficiency in English

With almost 100 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. IFP AMPP is an organizational unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk.
