As the Senior Portfolio Manager for the People Analytics team at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for: Driving Data Strategy development execution, financials, reporting through Lean Portfolio Management Lead and orchestrate projects in close collaboration with the teams Act as part of the People Analytics Leadership Team Serving as a trusted partner to key senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-area alignment and engagement Driving, scoping and executing initiatives across the P&O and towards the lines of business Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, or a related field Multiple years of strategy and agile portfolio management experience, ideally in a management consultancy or an industrial company Experience in building and leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across lines of business at a senior level Strong stakeholder management skills Experience in people analytics or HR analytics is a plus, but not required If you meet these qualifications and are excited about the opportunity to lead a team in driving data-driven innovation and change for the People Analytics team at Novo Nordisk, then we encourage you to apply today.
