What will you be doing?
As a Scrum Master for the Insights Solutions and Data Hub teams, you facilitate the everyday life in the team that consists of Data science professionals working on front end BI solutions and a smaller team of Data Engineers building the future cloud data infrastructure in AWS and Snowflake.
Key responsibilities include:
•Focus on capacity planning, ensuring efficient deliveries, and coaching and leading the agile team through various events and day-to-day operations
•Track and help resolve impediments, escalating if necessary, and assist the team in managing progress through transparent backlog and board overviews
•Join teams with existing agile maturity, bringing dedicated Scrum Master support after a summer without one
•Drive agile teams, support the budget process, and act as an agile sparring partner for both IT and People & Organization (P&O) stakeholders
•Take the lead in eliminating impediments, facilitating strong collaboration within the team, and ensuring high-quality delivery of committed solutions to Novo Nordisk
Which competencies to bring?
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
•Currently hold the role of a Certified Scrum Master/SAFe DevOps, equipped with a deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events
•Demonstrate expertise in classic project management, actively engaging in the development of longer-term plans and deliverables when required
•Actively contribute to building the roadmap for the area, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy while collaborating with the Product Owner (PO) and the team
•Possess strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of working seamlessly in global teams across various time zones
Currently adept in utilizing the agile toolbox, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and DevOps, and play a pivotal role in managing the team's progress through transparent backlog and board overviews. Additionally, adept at resolving impediments within the Agile team context in collaboration with stakeholders from other agile teams

You will be part of HR DD&IT which has the strategic focus of driving digitalization of HR services in close partnership with Global P&O. HR DD&IT is a global team that includes approx. 70 employees based in Denmark, India and the US. Our department is anchored within DD&IT and team members are placed closely to HR teams for optimal collaboration and hands-on business support. HR DD&IT is working according to the agile methodology to efficiently support Global P&O’s digital journey. Working at Novo Nordisk
