We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Digital Development & Analytics department within the People and Organisational P&O area. The Position As a Project Manager in, P&O Digital Development & Analyticsyou will: Lead projects to improve digital services within P&O Work collaboratively with a cross-functional project teams. For example: change managers, service designers, scrum masters, architects, developers, etc. Plan, organise, and control resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Make key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and ensure clear goals and purpose for the project and team members. Develop project schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure progress. Drive a positive team environment, ensuring inclusion for diverse group of people Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a large organisation or as a management consultant Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams Ability to make informed decisions and manage project milestones effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. About the Department The team is part of the P&O Digital Development & Analytics at Novo Nordisk, which aims to drive an enhanced employee experience through continuously improving our digital solutions. The sub-team is Service Development, where there are a multiple nationalities and diverse capabilities, with people located in either Copenhagen or Bangalore.
