We are looking for a Change Manager to join our Digital Development & Analytics department within the People and Organisation (P&O) area. The Position As a Change Manager in P&O Digital Development & Analytics, you will: Drive effective adoption of new digital tools/improvements through excellence in change management and communications. Collaborate closely with colleagues in digital development project teams (project managers, service designers, developers, architects, etc.) to understand solutions and assess change management requirements. Be able to understand requirements across the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk, as our P&O digital services can impact all colleagues in the company Be part of the Service Development sub-team, alongside other change managers, project managers, and customer experience experts. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Proven experience in change management and communications. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive and implement change initiatives in a global organisation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with digital development is a plus. About the Department The team is part of the P&O Digital Development & Analytics department at Novo Nordisk, which aims to drive an enhanced employee experience through continuously improving our digital solutions. The sub-team is Service Development, where there are a multiple nationalities and diverse capabilities, with people located in either Copenhagen or Bangalore.
