The position As a Worldwide Production Readiness Supporter you will join a newly started project organisation with focus on creating the optimal production start for new Packaging, Assembly, and Inspection lines across our global manufacturing sites. As we need to be close partners with our manufacturing sites, a major part of this position will include a physical presence at our global sites to help the local project teams ramp-up the incoming lines for production. This includes a combination of participating and facilitating in workshops and standing side-by-side with the production personnel on the line. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Representing the Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP) organisation on site by making sure that the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Ramp-up standard are followed and known by relevant site personnel

  • Together with the site work with: IFP Training structure & competency build-up, IFP Risk Assessment model, IFP Value Stream Mapping

  • Perform Ramp-up touchpoint assessments

  • Collect best practice material from sites

  • Share learnings and achievements with the rest of the organisation

    • Our office is situated in Bagsværd, and the sites are in Denmark (Kalundborg and Hillerød) as well as globally. You should therefore be ready for the possibility of short-term-assignments for up to 3-6 months at a time.   • MSc Degree or equivalent within engineering, pharmacy, or similar field

  • Experience as a process supporter

  • Experience within GxP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

  • Experience with LEAN/ cLEAN® way of working

  • Professional proficiency in English

About the department We are a newly established organisational unit, Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP). With almost 100 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. AMPP is an organizational unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk.
