Then you should seize this opportunity and apply for this position as we are now are looking for a Senior P&O Project Manager to lead and execute projects in Product Supply, Quality, and DDIT (PSQIT) and colleagues in our P&O Centres of Excellence. The position As a Senior P&O Project Manager, you will drive People and Organization projects and initiatives developing and implementing P&O solutions to support the strategic priorities of PSQIT. The projects will be defined in collaboration with the PSQIT P&O leadership team and with the Line of Business. As such, you will ensure the successful implementation of P&O projects and processes in the Line of Business through ensuring timely HR BP anchoring and involvement in high-performing teams, working outcome-focused and with scalability in mind. Key responsibilities include: Mapping and analysing project opportunities and building business case material Leading, organizing and facilitating project teams to build solutions and prepare for implementation Drive communication and implementation of project solutions focusing on fulfilment of project targets and KPI’s and ensure benefit realization Qualifications You can think strategically and translate your ideas into practical and implementable changes through a structured approach. You excel in improving existing and developing new solutions that are aligned with the overall business purpose and customer needs. As a strong collaborator, you strive to create coherent solutions that bridge the needs of the Line of Business with the expertise of the HR BP teams and the rest of the P&O organization. To succeed in the role, you have: Solid experience in project, change management, and organizational development from a large organization or consultancy Experience in managing complex projects across the organization Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills A relevant academic degree, and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken As an individual, you drive things forward and can build solid relationships within the HR Business Partner community. You demonstrate good cultural understanding and stakeholder management and can bring people together, bridge opinions, and get people along focusing on what matters the most for our end-users. About the department You will become part of a small team of Project Managers working across the PSQIT functions globally. You will be working in an environment that values professionalism, and high execution standards, and have a keen eye on providing solutions that make a real difference for the Line of Business.
