The Position As a Senior Manager, you will play an important role in driving transformation and making an impact on the team structure. You will have the opportunity to influence and guide others, building up new processes and shaping the roles within the team. Your main responsibility will be driving change and harmonizing the area, supporting management as a sparring partner. With your expertise and leadership, you will help the team achieve its goals and drive success for the organization as a whole.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead a team of analytics partners in driving dialogues, analysis, and innovation to deliver actionable insights.
• Influence and drive our People Analytics strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key trends and areas for acceleration.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning Sciences to process structured and unstructured data.
• Provide data-based insights to support business intelligence and optimize effectiveness. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Some years of leadership experience
• Excellent data storytelling and visualization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage a complex stakeholder landscape
• Experience with business intelligence applications and relevant technology
