As a Senior Project Manager and Subtrack Lead for “Retention and Migration” you will be a part of the central Due Diligence & Integration Quality organisation for Mergers and Acquisitions, working closely with subject matter experts in Records Management and in Content Control, with the responsibility of supporting the integration of electronic and physical records from acquired companies in a systematic way. You will also act as integration Quality Project Manager for small to medium projects.
Your main responsibilities will include: Establishing a standard methodology for records management in mergers and acquisition Supporting integration of records from mergers and acquisitions to Novo Nordisk archives, from initial mapping to final migration of data to a Novo Nordisk archive (either electronic or physical) Coordinating integration efforts with the other sub tracks in the quality integration portfolio Coordinating mergers and acquisitions efforts in the records management Working with integration project managers to prioritize tasks for new acquisitions
Your primary workplace will be in Bagsværd. You will work with the Records Management Mergers and Acquisitions team and coordinate closely with the Quality Integration team, where you will refer to the Director of Quality Integration. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications: A master’s degree in information science, IT, engineering, or another relevant field 5–10 years of project management experience An understanding of mergers and acquisitions is preferred A solid understanding of data migration A systematic, analytical approach Full English proficiency As a person, you have great interpersonal skills and take pride in ensuring high quality and integrity in the work you do.
